Hello, I am a long time ebay seller but very recent user of ebays simple postage service. I believe that I sent a small parcel with large letter postage. This item was sent to Argos so that the buyer can collect. Will the buyer be informed that they need to pay the extra postage to? Obviously I will be very much apologising and compensating them.Many thanks
