Hi. I am in a bit of a mess. In a rush to get to the post office before closing, I mistakenly posted the wrong parcel to the buyer. Can I create a new label to send the correct item? I'd very much appreciate any help!

Best thing is the ask buyer to open a "not as described" return to they will receive a paid-for postgae label. Refund when you get it back then relist the correct item for the buyer to buy again.
