Posted item with my own courier
I haven't sold anything for years through ebay, sold something a few days ago, packaged it and posted it using Evri however my funds are on hold until I use ebay own postage service, which I wasn't aware of, item already gone, can't update to correct tracking information?

Mentor11 months agoHold will apply as you would be classed as a new or returning seller. ebay is always cautious in these circumstances, in case your account has been hacked.
Once you have established a good track record, money is released within 24 hours.

OP11 months agoHowever as I haven't used ebays postage service then the item will never show as delivered so I won't get paid for it?

Mentor11 months agoOpen the original ebay label and that will mark item dispatched and you should be able to change the tracking.
