Hello, i sold a watch, and the delivery was only a prepaid label, which didn't offer signed.So i had printed the label but not used it, and then i decided to take the parcel to the post office and pay for special delivery next day signed for, but now i can't cancel the previous label.Or adjust the tracking number.

Mentor3 months agoYou can't change the tracking number. You can message your buyer with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days.
If buyer paid for the orginal label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days. Or if you paid for it (ie. you had free postage on your listing) you can get a refund here:
