Posted 2 listings to the same buyer and only scanned one qr code at post office what can I do so that it says both items were delivered and I can get payed for both
I sold two items to the same buyer and put both items in the same package at the post office they only scanned one qr code for the product now ebay thinks that I have only sent one item can anyone help with this

Mentor2 weeks agoThe second one will be treated as untracked so payment may be held for 14 days. As a new seller your payments could be held for 30 days anyway which is a separate issue. Either way you will get the money in the end.
