Postal Tube Query?
I am trying to list some posters which are too long for Simple Delivery using Royal Mail but when I choose Evri as the carrier and try to remove Royal Mail a warning message comes up saying Royal Mail will be removed from all my other listings! I want to post everything else by Royal mail and just use Evri for the posters. I've tried changing category in the hope Custom Postage would come up so I can send by Royal Mail tube but had no success. Any help appreciated.

Mentor1 week agoThere is a "bulky" postage option that depends on category so you have to use a bit of trial and error to fid it. Otherwise if you don't want to change to Evri only for the time being you could list with free postage, factor that cost into your item price and buy your own postage outside of eBay. There would still be a SD label but you can claim a refund for it. You can't change tracking number but you would be able to add the new number to a "not received" case if that were necessary. Payment may be held for 14 days.

OP1 week agoThanks, what a palava, will try again to get the bulky to appear and hopefully avoid having to request refunds for SD. Why is everything oh so complicated nowdays!
