Postal locker didn't open and the app says it did open
I went to my local locker for my parcel I put the number in but it said that number was invalid, I tried a few times more and then on the app it said that it had been collected by myself I presume.
The company in post says it's on eBay but eBay are impossible to get a fix...what do I do because in post will not even check the camera evidence until eBay re
