How do I set my own postage charge so that I can stick a postage stamp on the envelope, rather than have a printed label?

Mentor6 months agoYour items are lightweight and under £20 so when listing ' Custom Postage' should show for you.
This is for using whatever postage you wish to use.
If it's not showing see if switching devices and browsers helps. A laptop / PC with Chrome seems to work well and offers all options.

Apart from price and weight the main qualification for choosing your own postage is the Category.
Not very helpful, Ebay does not provide a list of Categories or sub Categories that qualify.
Even within a category some sub categories may qualify others do not. I think this is again down to ebay not editing properly or even understanding their own system.
I will look at categories you use to see if any alternatives.
Cannot see any obvious way to improve. Suggest trying variations in the arts and crafts categories, if available sometimes “other” the coverall category will work.
