Ive printed the post label but the item is heavier the weight on the label what do i do?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf it's Simple Delivery you may be able to change the label. Click on Get another Label and under the heading Package details click on the pencil icon and you should get: "No extra charge. Changing your package size won’t cost you anything." Then use the dropdown menu to change dimension or weight.
If not ebay say if you used the recommended parcel size when listing your item and it exceeds the maximum size and weight of the label, you won’t be charged any additional costs. You can go ahead and use the Simple Delivery postage label. The courier will accept your package providing it remains within the maximum weight and dimensions for the service.
If you didn't use the recommended parcel size and your item is exceeding the maximum size and/or weight of the label, you should cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage, or pay for the postage yourself.
