Postage to Channel Islands
I have sold an item to a buyer in the Channel Islands, but when they try to pay they cannot select postage and the website says ‘seller does not ship to your address’. I can ship to CI, so how do we correct this?

Mentor10 months agoIt's usually to do with Evri because they charge more for the channel islands, whereas Royal Mail charge the same as UK postage.
Probably the best thing to do is cancel the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders page) and relist after removing Evri as an option here:

Then the buyer can buy again using Royal Mail.
