Postage sizing
Hi. I am very new to selling on ebay and have sold 2 items which were small but now am selling an item that ,easures 76cmx25cmx7cm. When I get to the postage bit, Simple Delivery is coming up but does not give me the option of anything above a medium parcel and my dimensions are bigger than that shown as the max for medium (61x46x46). I could choose Evri from the medium section I think as info I have found on internet advises that Evri take parcels not exceeding 120cm length and no more than 245cm volume but when click to take the other couriers out of the options, a pop up message shows to advise that they will be deleted for all current listings which I don't want to happen!
in short, can some one please help me to get custom delivery to show- from looking at similar questions on here and the answers given, I have tried to change the value of the item to over £750 which allowed me to choose a different courier but then it disappeared when I changed the item amount back. I also have tried changing the item description to a table and also have tried putting in measurements but neither of those made a difference. Thank you.

Mentor6 months agoIt is tricky. All you can do is try different categories or sub-categories until you get the oversize option at the bottom of the package size pop-up. Then you will be able to choose your own postage. If possible use a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
