Postage RIP I believe I am a victim of this Scam! Several messages to eBay resulted in promise help,
I believe I am a victim of this Scam! Several messages to eBay resulted in promise help, but as yet no refund! eBays recommended carrier Packlink have been of no help, and their nominated carrier UPS claim they have not been paid!
I have been advised by my solicitor, to take legal action to recover my losses, firstly through the small claims court, which I intend doing, should this and previous messages fail to resolve this legitimate claim for a refund.

Mentor10 months agoYou are speaking to other members here, like yourself, not to eBay they do not come to these boards.
Do I understand you have not received your item? Then, open a case for item not received , but if the the seller has tracking to show delivery it will close in their favour.
Unfortunately, items left outside in a ' safe ' place are often stolen, we hear this all the time, is this what may have happened here?
