Mentor11 months agoIf it was a simple delivery label provided by eBay and you had free postage you need to apply for the refund within 14 days of sale here https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
If the buyer paid for the label they will be refunded automatically in around 30 days

Was it a Simple Delivery label and do you offer free postage?
Did you buy it direct from Royal Mail Click and Drop?
