Postage question-change from evri to royal mail

Hello,

First time selling on eBay, the buyer has asked for the item to be sent via royal mail rather than evri but I have already clicked on the print label option without realising and it's an evri delivery. Is there anything I can do about this?

See if you can cancel the transaction (with buyer's agreement) via the dropdown menu for the item. If so you can opt out of Evri in your postage preferences here:

Then relist for buyer to buy again. This time they will be offered RM.
