Postage question
hello
When I am posting an item online, it doesn’t give me the choice to change the postage. When I click on postage, it says choose small parcel, letter etc, then doesn’t give you the choice to chose 1st class or 24 tracked etc. it’s just simple delivery which I think is second class. How can I change this?

Mentor1 month agoIn short you can't, the default if using royal mail is tracked 48 with simple delivery.
