Postage question
Hi there, I’ve sold a large item and it needs to be sent by parcel force, which the buyer has paid for, but the postage prompt tells me to post by 2 days time and the buyer has asked me to post it in a week….. is the label going to let me? Or will eBay think I’ve defaulted to post and cancel the order?

Mentor6 months agoMessage the buyer this will result in a late delivery mark on your account, and it's best to cancel the order, with the buyer's agreement, which will fully refund, then relist when the buyer is back to receive their item.
Cancel the order citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel' this refunds the buyer, and your seller performance is not affected.
