Postage query
Hi,
I want to list a large unframed poster which will be rolled to post. It's lightweight but the roll will be 89cm long - bigger than simple delivery allows. I know RM will send cylindrical parcels. Is there any way to over-ride the Simple delivery for my item? TIA

Mentor5 days ago · EditedEvri will accept long parcels as long as no single side exceeds 120 cm in length. You just have to set your postage preferences to Evri only and when listing the item select the medium parcel preset.
Or you could use "Oversized" to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own postage. That availability depends on category so you need to change category or sub-category until it's an option. Try on a laptop or desktop rather than the app. If you select it click on Add Primary Service and enter postage cost.
