Postage problems due to weight
I've sold an item that weighs 30 kilogrammes. I put the weight into eBay when I listed it and now it's printing out a Royal Mail label. Royal Mail won't take 30 kilogramme items and I need a DHL one. How do I do this

Mentor3 weeks agoYou listed that with Simple Delivery when you needed to opt out using the oversized option.
You can now buy your own label and the buyer will get a refund for the one they paid for.
You won't be able to change the tracking.
