postage problems

does anyone have any idea how to opt ouit of the enforced postage options applieds by e bay. I sell
items on which i offer combined postage for more than one purchase but e bay system won't allow
me to calculate combined postage to benefit the buyer. It offers me a 'send invoice' option when the item remains unpaid but
when I try to send an invoice it tells me the listing does not allow it - e bay does it.. this is really causing
me concern and there is no one (i.e a human) that I can contact. help anybody?

Mentor1 week agoIf the buyer buys the items all at the same time, putting each in their basket (on a PC, not the app) they will be automatically combined. If they are bought separately they will not be combined but you can just send them together anyway although some items will be untracked.
The alternative is to cancel/refund the transactions with the buyer's agreement and relist with items on one listing and a single postage cost for the buyer to buy and pay again.
You could add info to your descriptions on how to get combined postage.

If buyers add items to basket , ebay will combine postage.
