postage problem

Question

having just sold some wall tiles which consisted of 3 boxes but were sold as a single lot I printed 3 labels when i went to the post office, I was told the label is for 1 package but the combined weight would then be 30kg to heavy would need to change to parcel force or print new labels for each pack one looking on ebay its saying dispaced so unable to change labels what can i do is it possibull to speck to a real person thank you in advance for any help yuo can offer

I cannot see what you expect ebay could do. Selling as one lot means one label and dispatching as one lot.

You could cancel the labels, otherwise you will be charged, and relist as 3 lots for buyer to buy again, but buyer may not be happy with increase in postage charge. Other option is to arrange your own method of sending, but whatever you decide it must be with agreement of buyer.

With hind sight should have been listed for collection in person.
