Postage prices not displaying on desktop bit displays via app when listing
I’m having an issue when creating listings on my eBay business account.
On the eBay app, the postage section displays all of the available postage services along with their prices. However, when I create the same listing on the desktop version, it shows the available postage services but does not display the prices.
This makes it difficult to choose the correct postage option when listing items on my computer.
Has anyone else encountered this issue before, and if so, could you please advise how it was resolved?
