Postage Preferences being Amended by Ebay.
Has anybody experienced your postage preferences being updated by EBay without you knowing about it? I jsut saw that Ebay have added I post and DHL to my postage preferences even though I did not select them. This is not appropraite in my view. I now have to go in and update them but I only noticed the fact after selling something and an Ipost courier has been selected. Unbelievable. I now have to find an I post locker when the Post Office is just up the road from me.

Mentor3 weeks agoGoto you account settings, select postage preferences and untick dhl evri etc so you only have Royal Mail available.

OP3 weeks agoI have now done this. But it is the principle here. Ebay went into my preferences and changed them without telling me.

Mentor3 weeks agoThey randomly do, usually when a "new" postal service is added. I can only suggest keeping an eye on it periodically, as many sellers do, so you don't get "caught out" again.
