Hi I don’t understand why the customer had paid the postage and then I had to pay for a postage label too for a different price, I’ll attach the screenshot.

The buyer paid the postage to you, you then used it to buy postage from ebay.

Hi, the problem is the postage was more at my end so I had to pay more.
