Postage options incorrect
I have already set postage options to the appropriate Royal Mail price on my items, but when the options have sold today I go in to print the label/produce the QR code and it has selected a much more expensive option. When I click to change it the correct option (which the buyer has already paid for) is not available! What is going on? It says the buyer has selected the option in question but they didn’t and this is happening with everything I’ve sold in the last 24 hours. Is anyone else having this issue?
