The buyer paid the postage but the item was then collected and the postage was not needed.
How can he claim the postage back ?

Mentor1 year agoIf SD label not used, buyer will get an automatic refund within 14 days.

OP1 year agoSo, if I understand it right, if the address label is not used in two
weeks, it is deemed to be invalid and is cancelled and the original payment
is refunded to the payer, ie. my buyer?
I have actually delivered the goods after the label was paid for and issued.
And never used (obviously).
