postage, not delivered query
Hi guys, I think I’ve made a mistake. I had two individual items listed, purchased by the same buyer. So I packed them together, and sent them off. But the tracking for the second item which never got scanned now doesn’t show as ‘delivered’. What can I do?
The buyer has told me they have both arrived.

Mentor1 month agoIf payment for the second item is on hold it will be released after 14 days, maybe up to 30 days if you're a new seller.

Mentor1 month agoNothing, you cannot prove delivery.
There is a very unlikely possibility that buyer could open a not received case to get a refund and a free item.
The recommended but long winded and messy solution is to cancel sales which refunds buyer, and relist as one item for them to buy again.
However refund to buyer may be delayed, and they may not be able to pay again ,and seller may not be in a position to refund, if money is being held.
