postage not available
I am sold my aeg tumble dryer machine upto 40 kg but how to send it i have no any option anyone know this

MentorSep 9, 2026 at 10:58 AMYou do have postage options for large items, and for the one you've sold even better would be to sell it as Collection Only.
The postage / collection is selected at the time of listing an item , and not when it's sold, yours sold for a listed price of £5.88 postage.
You'll find it far more expensive to post and to buy expensive vast packaging to pack this item so personally, I would send the buyer a polite message apologising for the incorrect postage listing, as this was to be Collection only.
Hopefully they will agree, if so you cancel the listing citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel. ' This fully refunds the buyer, and your seller performance is not affected.
You can then relist the item preferably Collection only, taking away the packing costs and high cost of posting.
This buyer of course may not be in a position near you to collect, and may not agree to cancelling. You're then left with expensive packing and postage costs or cancelling regardless, facing a defect on your account and bad feedback.
