Postage labels
Hi, I sell my items seller pays postage. I have never purchased a postage label, I go to my local Post Office
Why am I being charged postage on every sale, I do not use the postage label service

·8 months agoI checked a couple of your items and they are listed with Simple Delivery.
So, every time you sell an item, Ebay issue a label and charge you for it. Labels are not automatically refunded if you don't use them.
As advised, you can apply for a refund every time you buy your own label.
You have to complete a fairly lengthy form, add tracking, and apply within 14 days of the sale for each label you don't use.

Mentor8 months agoYou can only opt out of Simple Delivery for large letter items under £20/100g (exc buyer protection fee), but it's only in some sub-categories. If the custom postage option doesn't appear then it's not eligible to opt out. But you can cancel unused labels here:
