Postage labels
Me again. It’s so exhausting having to continually ask for help because eBay is so useless these days.
so I had 2 items that one buyer decided to buy. They were separate auctions but because the buyer has bought both, eBay have decided they will combine under one postage label. They’re too big to combine and need to be posted individually but eBay won’t generate another label.
can you please help as whichever way I do this I’m going to be out of pocket.

Mentor11 months agoYou will have to explain problem to buyer then cancel, hopefully with their agreement, and relist for them to buy separately. If they won't agree then cancel using "problem with buyer's address" and put them on your blocked bidder list.
Combining is such a minefield these days it might be best to stagger listings that buyers may want to buy together if you're not able to send in one parcel.
