Postage label won’t print

Question

Keep getting the same message “something went wrong try again later” when I try and print my postage label, how do I get hold of someone at eBay to resolve the issue? The automated assistant is useless and sends me round in circles with the same result.

It's a known intermittent issue, eBay are aware so no need to contact them.

It's annoying but the best you can do is to take a photo of the QR code and take it to the Post Office for them to print the label.

If not possible buy your own postage, but payment then may be held for 14 days.

A refund is sent to whoever paid for the unused SD label:

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
