postage label refunds
Dear Sellers
I would appreciate your help with this. I have two scenarios I would need refunds for re: postage labels but not sure how to proceed. In the first instance, ebay deducted postage label cost though I shipped it from my amazon store and paid for it there. In the second instance, the first label I bought was not appropriate as it was heavier so I had to buy another label. It didn't give me the options to cancel the first label in order to purchase the second one.

If you are a Simple Delivery user, you can request a refund for them here.
If you didn't use Simple Delivery, but still bought the labels through eBay, you can see how to void the labels for a refund here.
