Postage Label Rates
A buyer has just paid me the correct amount for postage. However, when I go to create the label, a message says the buyer selected a different service (which I didn't offer) for which the rate is obviously higher. The app won't let me change to second class large letter, and ebay's help pages are as much use as a one legged man in an *bleep* kicking contest. Please help!

Mentor6 months agoIf you mean buyer has paid you for the service and cost you quoted then buy postage at the Post office.
I do not think Simple Delivery can cope with Second Class Large Letter.
I see that what you sell is exempt from having to use Simple Delivery, so buyer pays for YOUR service not ebay’s. I do not see how buyer can select any other service.
I only sell things that are exempt, and do not get involved with not so simple postage, which works fine for me. I assume you just use the Custom Postage box on the listing form.
