Postage label issue in weight
My postage labels displayed the actual item weight until 2 days ago. Now the labels show the 1g default (48hr tracked large letter) and I have to amend each one manually. The product details still show the correct weight but the labels get generated with 1g showing in the weight field. I added more stock recently but didn’t change anything else. Any ideas how to get things back to normal please?
