postage label for return not accepted at depot
I've tried to return an item but the postage label was incorrect now the buyer is not responding to messages what do i do?

Mentor3 weeks agoWho provided the label? Ebay or the seller, and why are you returning the item, have you opened a case for it?
If its part of a case with eBay you will need to contact CS to get the correct label.
If you haven't opened a case you need to do so in order that eBay will provide a proper returns label.
