Postage label expired as waiting for buyer to return from holiday
My buyer requested I waited for their return from holiday before posting the item.
Ive then gone to print the label today to post and its expired… the buyer seems to think I can’t print another label, rather than cancel the sale and try again. But I’ve been through all the options round and round in circles. I can’t find how it can be done. Many thanks in advance for any hints, tips. Suggestions.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou should never agree to delay posting as it will get you a late dispatch, and also, late delivery gives the buyer the opportunity to open a not as described case with you the seller paying return postage.
Not very likely but so many buyers jump at a chance to get a refund with no cost to themselves..

Mentor2 weeks agoYou can't print another label, you'll need to cancel the order (I suggesting letting the buyer know that you'll need to do this first by using the 'buyer asked to cancel' reason) and then relist and they can repurchase.

Mentor2 weeks agoJust to confirm you cannot print another label, and as advised you would need to cancel, this refunds, and relist with the correct label for the buyer to buy again.
They must agree to the cancellation ' Buyer Requests to Cancel' to be selected, as this then does not impact your seller performance.
