Mentor6 months agoGo to your "Returns and cancelled orders" section, select "View return details" beside the item and you should see the option to "Print label".

OP6 months agoThanks, but the option isn't there.
I pressed print and it tried to print but I had a problem with my printer. That's when the label option disappeared. Now eBay thinks I have printed it, but I haven't. I need to find the label again
