Postage label change due to weight of parcel
I have a parcel to send to a customer which is 28kg but the prepaid label doesn't not allow this to go through and royal mail are not accepting it. I dont know what to do.

Mentor3 months agoIt's best to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the them to buy and pay again. When you relist you need "bulky" parcel for up to 120 x 80 x 80 cm, and up to 30kg. If that's not an option change category or sub-category until it comes up.

OP3 months agoI tried changing the postage but it wont give me an option to edit to bulky parcel although I select DHL who apperntly only do bulky parcels but it wont change some simple delivery method

Mentor3 months agoYou should be able to change the size or weight of the label by clicking on Get Prepaid Label and under the heading Package Details click on the pencil icon and you should see.... ' No Extra Charge changing your package size will not cos you anything. '
Then use the drop down menu to change the weight.
