Postage Label
My buyer has paid for the item including the postage costs. I have gone to print off the label like normal and it has come up about US Customs Regulations and asking me to pay for the postage even though they are in the UK?
Has anyone had this problem before?

Redcard PS2 Promo Version
You listed that with letter postage for 87p.
I assume it is thicker than 5mm when packed so don't send it as a letter.
I don't know why you are being told about US Customs if you are sending the item to a UK residential address.

Do you not get a label for that then? The link says click for postage label but asks for a payment.

·11 months agoThe buyer will have paid you 87p.
You listed it as a letter (which I would guess it isn't) so it is not eligible for Simple Delivery and Ebay will not provide a label.
You will have to buy the postage, either online or at the Post Office.
Don't send it with 87p postage unless it weighs under 100g and is less than 5mm thick when wrapped.

OP11 months agoOK, thanks. I thought it would produce a label for it anyway.
