Postage issue: Large Letter automatically switching to Small Parcel | Member To Member Support

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help with a postage issue I’ve been experiencing for over a month. When I create a listing, I select Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter (£1.55) and set the package size to Large Letter. Everything is filled out correctly.However, when a buyer pays, eBay automatically changes the postage to Small Parcel (£3.50). This means I have to pay the difference myself, and it has been happening repeatedly for more than a month. It’s becoming quite costly as I am regularly paying the extra postage. I have already tried:• Editing/revising listings multiple times• Selecting only “Custom Postage”• Choosing Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter• Checking parcel size settings• Updating the app• Reviewing delivery preferences• Revising listings through a browser instead of the app Despite all this, the issue continues — eBay keeps overriding my chosen postage setting. Has anyone else dealt with this, or does anyone know how to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
