Postage increase due to age verification for vintage safety razor
Hey guys
I'm a vintage razor fan, and I have bought and sold half a dozen safety razors on ebay over the past year or so.
The razors I've sold have all been posted via automatically generated Evri postage labels on eBay.
A razor I recently sold on ebay, however, offers only an age verification postage label option and equires signature on delivery, which is four times the cost of a regular Evri label.
Safety razors are not weapons, are not shipped with blades and are about as dangerous as a teaspoon.
Why the sudden change in postage for vintage grooming? Why were the previous five razors not automatically required to include age verification postage?
Thanks!

Probably before all the red tape was introduced. Ebay allows AI which is not very intelligent to make these decisions, which is why someone recently had a listing removed for a Jigsaw Puzzle.
