Postage, I want to get rid of the simple postage for items that I want to send special delivery
How do I get rid of simple delivery or overide it to put in special delivery via 1pm next day, can't seem to do it or find any details to do it. Please can you help Thank you, pulling hair out at present, had to pay for label, but also took it to post via post office for that reason. Thank you

Mentor7 months agoOnce you have bought a label / service outside of Simple Delivery you cannot now add /amend those new tracking details.
eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with the new tracking details, and should a case for item not received be opened, you will be able to add the new tracking, into the case details.
Your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.
Simple delivery insure items up to the value of £750, now there are exclusions, so care should be observed here! 🤔

Mentor7 months agoThe only way to legitimately get rid of SD is to register as a business.
You can use free postage and buy your own postage and then apply for refund of the SD label.
You have to open the SD label first to get buyers address and mark dispatched but you cannot change change the tracking. You would be able to add the new tracking to a not received case though.
