Postage. How does ebay known buyer received item if i didn't use postage label
How does ebay know the buyer received item if i didn't use postage label. I put multiple items in one parcel leaving one item looking like it wasn't delivered

Mentor5 months agoIf items were all put together in one parcel, you will have tracking only for one item, there is no way for eBay to know the others will be received.
If the items were purchased separately and you added them into one parcel, you have one tracking number and are reliant on the buyer being honest and not opening any cases for item not received, as you would have nothing to prove otherwise.
Your payouts for those items may be held for a minimum of 14 days.
For Simple Delivery transactions, combined postage can be offered, but buyers must first place all items into their basket and then proceed to eBay checkout.
May be worth adding this note to your items, as some ( most ?) buyers and sellers alike, are not familiar with how combined postage works ( should work!) with Simple Delivery !

Mentor5 months agoYou're welcome, oh and if you triggered all those Simple delivery labels, and they are now unused, the refund goes back to whoever initially paid for them, this way....
