Mentor1 month agoebay say if you used the recommended parcel size when listing your item and it exceeds the maximum size and weight of the label, you won’t be charged any additional costs. You can use the Simple Delivery postage label. The courier will accept your package providing it remains within the maximum weight and dimensions for the service.
But you may be able to change the size by clicking on Get Prepaid Label and under the heading Package details click on the pencil icon and you should get: "No extra charge. Changing your package size won’t cost you anything." Then use the dropdown menu to change dimension or weight.
If you're not sure or cannot manage the above then cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.

OP1 month agoHello thanks for your answer I reread the page and ebay state they should take the parcel even if it's a bit overweight so I'll try Monday.
