Postage help
Hi all
Please help. Im so confused
All my listing's are simple delivery.
When I look at my avaliable funds, some show as postage deductions I.e. -£2.96 in red font
But only a few sporadic deductions. Not next to every purchase.
All buyers purchase there labels so I simply do not understand why my balance is showing occasional postage deduction transactions.
Looking at my August invoice it shows at £40 in postage labels...but i dont pay for these. The buyer does.
I'd be hugely grateful if someone to explain this to me. Am I being charged twice?Or am I completely stupid that i am unable to grasp what is occurring here.

Mentor11 months agoAt the end of the day, buyers always pay for postage, however unless you have setting that buyer BUYS the postage in which case you get a QR code to print the label the buyer then only pays to you the item price.
Otherwise buyer pays to you price plus postage, and you then have to buy and pay for postage.
For simplicity I have not added in the bit about buyer protection fee, as buyer pays this but it is deducted by ebay.
