Postage from america

Can anybody help me make sense of this tracking? Scanned at Heathrow and then scanned again in the usa a few days later?! Seller won't respond and my claim was put on hold as the seller had provided tracking. So I'm stuck in limbo for an item that came to the UK and then back to the usa. Photos attached.

Mentor4 months agoSeems a silly chain of movements, but possibly some common-sense will get it to you.
However do not leave it up to ebay to make the next move, I suggest you escalate your not received case on the 15th June if still not received.
You might need to point out that delivery back to the USA is not delivery to you, as AI is not very intelligent.
