Postage for Large parcel 3 kilos 64cms long - tearing my hair out!!!!
Summary: rolandrockgig seems frustrated with finding the correct postage for sending a large parcel weighing 3 kilograms and measuring 64 centimeters in length. They have expressed a high level of distress, indicating they are having difficulty resolving this issue.
I've searched the various forums and tried the various recommended solutions but no joy!
Currently listed Lawnmower grassbox (have a look). I've had to do "collection only" as I can't find any way to list with postage.
Tried listing in "Lawnmower parts" but it only allows me max size medium parcel and forces me to use "Simply" postage.
Tried changing category to "lawnmower" (as suggested elsewhere by peaseblossom) so now had a range of Postage policies but it only shows a "large" with the mox weight 2Kilos.
I tried to create a policy "large" and before I could enter details of weight it said a "policy already exists".
So I'm stuck.
Several months ago I had a similar problem and had to give up. Returning to the fray now, I am beginning to regret it. It used to be so "simple" in the old days.
Follow up question ... Is there a simple tutorial to explain this "policy" thing and how to set up?
