Postage for 6 items but they have been bought in ebay as 4 orders

Good afternoon everyone, I listed 10 items seperately at a cost of £70 each and someone bought 6 of them but they are in 4 orders (2 are single orders and 2 have 2 items in each order)  - EBay said this is because the buyer paid for one item, paid for another item, then put 2 in their basket, paid for them and did the same again with 2 more. In total, the buyer paid the £2.90 postage for each item, a total of £17.40. In the past, I could send all of them together as special delive...

It is much more complicated and rigid than it used to be.    The best thing to do is cancel all the transactions with buyer's agreement and relist them all on one listing with one postage for them to buy again.
