Postage fees eBay fees when listing item
Summary: binjalstore is confused about how sellers manage to make a profit on eBay by selling items with low margins, particularly after including postage costs. They find it difficult to understand how to cover the costs and still earn a profit, especially with promotional fees. They also feel that eBay should offer more flexibility in choosing categories and setting postage fees. binjalstore is seeking advice on becoming a successful seller without incurring losses.
For an example example if I got a bag of sweets and this week cost me £1 at retail how did people sell it for like £3 something plus postage when you post? It will be like a small parcel that like £3.38 and it’s very confusing how people make profit on a low Martin so for me to sell something for what cost me £1 plus postal card I’m looking around 8 to £10 anybody have the same problem or like to advise how to be a good seller but to keep a good good sales good and make a profit without losing I find it very hard plus promotion where I keep it to 2% I wouldn’t be really happy if somebody can advise me even a simple delivery that don’t pop up on you are listing an item. The post is you should have more option. eBay should have more flexibility for you to choose the right category than a fixed rate

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you were registered correctly as a business as your about me clearly states:
"Welcome to Binjal Store! 👋 We're a small family business based in the UK"
Then you would be able to choose your own postage and not be held to simple delivery.
