Postage fees
The customer paid £3.01 for the shipping cost. Despite this, the system deducted £3.10 from my available funds stating postage was paid from my funds and was deducted from my earnings.Does anyone knows how I can navigate this challenge, thank you.

By the way, you are selling new goods so should register as a business seller on ebay.
