Postage fee deducted WHY?
Any got an idea why I haven’t had the postage fees paid buy the buyer released to me? I’ve always used my own postage suppliers and couriers without any issues for over twenty years until very recently. I’ve no way of contacting anyone or speaking to a representative as you’ve always been able to, so no idea what happens now.
Anyone got any advice they could offer please?

OP2 weeks agoNot sure what you mean by simple delivery, correct me if I’m wrong but taking it to the post office or handing it to a courier of my choice and sending it doesn’t get much simpler. All I’d like in return is the money to cover the post office and courier fees which the buyer has sent me. Both items have been delivered and the buyers have acknowledged this so why steal the money?

Mentor2 weeks agoBuyer paid ebay for postage, you get a link to print label, not money.
If you buy postage yourself, it is at your cost.

Mentor2 weeks agoI presume because the buyer buys postage and you are expected to print the postage label. Some items are shown as post free, that means you pay for the postage not the buyer.
If you were properly registered as a business seller you would not be expected to use Simple Delivery.
Selling all new items, means you are avoiding ebay fees, and denying your buyers their legal rights.
